Memetica’s agents do not not provide financial or legal advice. Users must adhere to local regulations—especially when enabling advanced trading capabilities for their AI agents. While we design each feature with compliance in mind, the final responsibility rests on users to comply with relevant laws regarding token usage, data privacy, and content regulations.

User data and privacy

Data that you feed to agents—such as private Google Docs or brand assets—remains under your control but may be shared with third-party model providers. If you choose to make an agent public, certain aspects of its knowledge base may be viewable by others.

Interaction with Memetica may involve the processing of personal and non-personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Memetica implements a short-term data retention policy, does not sell your data, and strives to ensure data security.
